Project Challenge
Michelle and Andy Read, Directors from Resilient Business Systems were searching for a reliable connectivity supplier when we reached out to them back in 2017. They were looking for a connectivity supplier that offered a similar level of service to themselves as well as cost effective and reliable solutions for their clients.
We are now 7 years into the partnership and our relationship is stronger than ever. We catchup at their Darlington office once a quarter to make sure everything is running smoothly and so that they’re kept up to date with what we are doing at Unity.
Resilient’s biggest challenge was finding a supplier they can trust, communicates with them effectively and provides solutions of a suffcient quality for them to provide to their loyal customer base. Resilient was also keen to reduce their supply chain and have one supplier for all their services. Our extensive portfolio has certainly helped them achieve this.
The Solution

Unity provides weekly updates on all orders, meaning every live order on our system is updated at least once a week so customers always know how their orders are progressing.

Unity’s extensive portfolio has meant that Resilient haven’t needed multiple vendors which helps them from a support perspective, it means no matter what the issue is they can reach out to us, and we’ll sort it.
