Business Organisation
Unity operates as a single business, made up of different organisational units. Our business is built around our customers – delivering the right products at the right time so we always deliver value to them. We do this by rapidly developing and delivering information, communications, and technology solutions; selling products that are made up of goods and services that are an essential part of our customer’s world.
Our customers deal with Unity World which allows the customer the convenience of dealing with one business to facilitate their requirements. We have four customer-facing lines of business: SME Enterprises, Channel Partners, Online Services, and Corporate Enterprise. They are supported by our strategic business units that deliver the goods and services to our customers.
Unity World Group Company means any of the companies listed in Schedule A below and in our general terms and conditions, together with the general role and/or scope of Goods and Services that each such company performs and is responsible for, subject always to the provisions of a Goods or Services Schedule.
